WELCOME


Our Annual Parent Meeting is Thursday, September 1st at 7:00 pm. in the church Fellowship Hall. This meeting is for parents only (only one parent need attend). At this meeting we will explain our plans for the first day of school, review our policies and procedures and answer any questions you may have. You will also have a chance to meet your child’s teacher, visit classrooms and meet other parents

If your child is attending Christ Memorial for the first time you will need to bring a completed Maryland Health Inventory and Immunization record, and a completed Emergency contact form to the meeting. For your convenience these forms can be downloaded from our website www.cmpcusa.org/preschool. Look under Parents Page for the links to these forms. Your child will be unable to attend preschool until we have completed Health and Immunization records. Of course, if your child has previously attended Christ Memorialyou do not need to submit new forms.

You can also find a copy of the CMPC Preschool Handbook under Parents Page at the website. Please familiarize yourself with the contents of the handbook before the meeting.


The yearly supply fee and September’s tuition are due at this meeting. The fees are:
• 2-day class- supplies-$50/ tuition-$130. Total-$180
• 3-day class- supplies-$60/ tuition-$190. Total-$250
• 5-day class- supplies-$80/ tuition-$300. Total-$380


The first day of school begins September 6 for our 5-day and 2-day students and on September 7 for our 3-day students. Please contact Mrs. Sullivan as soon as possible either by phone or email with any changes or concerns.
